Renee Jones provides exceptional service to Sentinel’s keystone clients, many of which have been with Sentinel since its inception. Renee got her start in the insurance industry nearly 30 years ago, managing personal lines for a small agency in Gastonia. She went on to manage executive benefits and savings plans at Duke Energy, before cycling back to the industry business as a commercial account manager for a mid-size broker handling risk and insurance products for construction, manufacturing, and public school clients.
Renee’s love of continual learning is seen in the industry certifications she holds, including CSRM, CISR, and CPIA. While she considers herself a bit of a perfectionist, Sentinel clients appreciate that attention to detail, along with Renee’s ability to work as a true partner, offering strategy, education and counsel as part and parcel of every client relationship she manages. Renee is very active in her church, loves spending time with her daughters, and volunteers her time as a grief counselor.
