Donna Franklin is Sentinel’s principal account manager. Sentinel’s account service team thrives under her leadership. Donna’s 33-year career in the commercial insurance industry is defined by her dedication to exceptional client service.
She started her career in her hometown of Newberry, South Carolina, where she worked for a small agency, learning the ins and outs of the commercial property and casualty industry while managing small business accounts. Donna transitioned to a larger agency in Columbia, where for 16 years she managed middle market and complex accounts for home builders and contractors. Donna is the recipient of the 2008 SC Outstanding Customer Service Representative award, given by IIA and Brokers of South Carolina.
Prior to joining Sentinel, Donna managed account services for a large brokerage at a financial institution. She holds a number of insurance certifications and designations, including: CIC, AAI, AIAM, AINS, and ACSR. In her free time, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and three adult daughters, and heads to the beach with her family as often as she can.
